Q. Do I need antiques to have an estate sale?
A. No, we handle estates with all types of items from day to day items to high end estates with valuable items.
Q. Should I remove trash or clutter before you do a walk thru?
A. No, we strongly discourage this. You will be doing two things 1) Wasting your time/precious man hours. 2) Possibly be throwing away money. Remember one man's trash is another man's treasure.
Q. Are we bonded and insured?
A. Yes, we are both through Lloyds of London.

Q. How long does it take?
A. Once we sign the contract and begin working on the property it typically takes two weeks from start to finish. The sale itself is usually 2-3 days depending on amount of items on site.
Q. Does someone have to pass away to have a sale?
A. No, we do sales for individuals that are downsizing, relocating, going through divorce, hoarders, or trying to sell a house and need to clear it out prior to listing.
